William (Bill) Murray was elected to the American Institute of Architects College of Fellows in a ceremony honoring the 2016 Fellows at the AIA National Convention in Philadelphia. Bill, who leads our performing arts practice, has established a national reputation for planning and designing theaters and performance spaces for both professional and academic uses, including the recently completed Chapman University Musco Center for the Arts and Mount Royal University's Taylor Centre for the Performing Arts. Active in the profession for over 26 years, Bill is a member of the International Association of Assembly Managers (IAAM), The National Association of Schools of Music (NASM), and a Vice Chair of the United States Institute of Theater Technology (USITT). A featured speaker and panelist at the USITT annual convention on an ongoing basis, Bill continues to chair the design awards program annually.
