Pfeiffer is working with Harvey Mudd College to implement the residential portion of its 2011 Campus Master Plan, adding 240 beds to the campus. Work began with the evaluation of the campus' existing dorms and the development of initial concepts and siting options for two new residence halls. As a result, Pfeiffer Partners is working with the College to revise the Campus Master Plan to relocate the previously proposed site for the new residence halls, including a site study for an additional future residence hall. Residence Hall #1 will be designed to accommodate approximately 120 beds. Harvery Mudd College's community input will inform the building's design to ensure specific needs are met.
