Wuxi Symphony Hall Complex Shortlisted for World Architecture Festival Award

Wuxi Symphony Hall (formerly known as the Wuxi Taihu Bay International Cultural Arts Center), the Perkins Eastman/Pfeiffer studio project in Wuxi, China, has been shortlisted for an award in the Future Projects/Culture category at the 2023 World Architecture Festival. Representatives from Perkins Eastman/Pfeiffer will present the project in person at the prestigious international Festival, to be held at Marina Bay Sands in Shanghai, November 29th - December 1, 2023. The project commenced with the groundbreaking in April this year and is scheduled for completion December 31, 2025. The project also just won a Merit Award at the CRED Awards Annual Ceremony on July 8, 2023, along with another Perkins Eastman project, Xianda College Chongming Campus. In attendance at the ceremony, held at the Shanghai Tower, were Wang Aimei (representing the client), Ron Vitale, Yi Shen and Yun Yang from Perkins Eastman's Shanghai studio.
