Jim Sarratori, AIA, has over 11 years of diverse experience in the design and construction of new and existing buildings, master planning, programming, and non-profit work. At Pfeiffer, he focuses on higher education and performing arts projects, which requires experience navigating large institutions as well as the complexities of renewing and adapting existing and historic buildings. Jim understands the importance of collaboration in order to build successful, transformative projects. Outside of Pfeiffer, Jim enjoys working on community-driven work to enact social change. He is a member of the Downtown LA Neighborhood Council and a co-founder of Broadway West, a local historical arts revitalization initiative dedicated to the preservation and activation of the Broadway Theater District in Downtown Los Angeles.
